The hoodie pack cover shipped fast. Although it was a bit of an investment, I felt confident purchasing it after seeing it in action on Miranda Goes Outside's Youtube videos. I haven't had a chance to test it's waterproofness yet, but it checks all the boxes I have been looking for. Lightweight, will keep the rain off my shoulder straps and neck unlike a regular pack cover so it doesn't just soak up water and let it drip down my back. The blue is one of my favourite colours. I like the idea of not having to bring a rain jacket when heavy downpours are not in the forecast and not having a huge bulky poncho catching on things in those bushwacking and overgrown early season trails. I foresee myself using this both for dayhikes and backpacking.

Only had a brief chance to use the cover BUT it was EZ to put on and worked Very Nicely

Pre-test thoughts
This will be prefect for doing what it was designed do. I am gathering gear for my 2025 PCT hike and do not know what will end up on that final cut. If I use it I will leave another review next fall! Btw, got my eyes on that there rain skirt as well!
