Spiced Mussels in Escabeche

Delicious, not too spicy

First time having tinned mussels. They’re not the same texture as they are fresh & in the shell - they’re more flakey like other tin fish, not slippery. I mention this as a good thing, though I like all mussels, it just surprised me. The flavors are awesome. Spicy but doesn’t overwhelm the mussels. Ate these straight out of the tin but would be perfect over noodles
