Trout Fillets w/ Onion Relish

The Onion Relish makes this can worthwhile

While this tin certainly wasn't bad, I did not feel it was one that I would buy again. I love trout, and I love onions, so I thought it was a match made in heaven. However, I found the trout to be lacking. The fillets were very tin, and there were only 4 in the can. I also found them to be quite dry. The real star of the show was the onion relish, which was truly delicious! I put it all over crusty bread and ate the whole can. It's worth a try if you prefer a drier texture for your fish, and is worth trying for the onion relish alone. However, i do not feel the need to repurchase. YMMV.
