It’s a good substitute for sugar-free jam. The consistency is a little pasty with the flavor is pretty good.

I was very hopeful about this product, took advantage of the discount and free shipping by ordering all 3 flavors. Unfortunately, I don’t like it at all, it will likely go into the trash. The taste is strange, bitter in an odd way, even when tried with peanut butter to mask the taste. Oh well…
