Great, I feel like they changed them from the first batch I got; they went from a gummy that gets stuck in your teeth to a more pleasing gummy that is a perfect mix of gummy.

The gummies pack a punch of energy! I’m an endurance runner, I use gels for fuel! I will certainly use for my long run fuel!!!

They are ok. They do work for me, as long as I take them on an empty stomach. I eat the whole pkt. Not a “gummy” fan, prefer pills, can “pop in and go”. I can’t eat at the job I am at, so have to chew quickly, on a break, lol. The job that I do is graveyard, 13-15 hr shifts!! I think I also have a higher “tolerance”, therefore it requires higher “doses”, for things to work. Also maybe because I have tried MANY high energy items, to be able to have energy and good focus, as I am a cashier at a casino, and I have NO INTENTIONS EVER, of using ANY of that “mushroom yada yada”!! I was BORN in the 60’s, not RAISED in the 60’s, lol!! I WOULD recommend these for a “normal” energy level required “ person.
