This was my all time favorite trout I've ever tried, tinned or otherwise, the flavor was light and fresh, the texture of the fish was flaky and delightful, I especially enjoyed the fatty bit right under the skin, I'll be buying this tin again and again!

I had never had any type of trout before this one, but now, I'm a believer. Buttery and flaky, almost melt in your mouth and the fish oil is such a good dip for bread, fries, or chips!
