This stuff is really good. Nearly melts in your mouth. I wasn't sure about eating the "rind" at first and was cutting it off since it doesn't peel like most salami type products I've bought, but it seems to be edible. Will definitely be buying again. Need to try all the flavors now.

SRF ! We were one of your earliest customers and will remain so. I order for myself, and this past year, we sent your products to all our children and friends. At 300 to 400 each, it was just about what we would have spent on junk gifts. Every One of them, TOTALY Loved it. Not one complaint, and they are picky.
