The top of the leash came undone and they had sent an instructional video of how to re knot it. They have great customer service and responded right away. The video was easy to follow, however, the leash came undone again twice about two days after. Beautiful color though! I gave mine to a rescue that didn’t mind tying off the top in a giant dangling knot

Raw hands.
Color, aesthetics, quality, allow point! The only reason I gave a 4 and not a 5 is that style of rope will rub your hand raw with a strong dog on the other end. A more suitable "handle" would make a world of difference!
