These are good but not quite as good as I remembered them being, but they are less calories than the Atkins bar with the same amount of protein which is a benefit. The other difference is this bar has less fiber than Atkins which may or may not be beneficial depending on what you are looking for.

This is a sweet healthy filling bar. I love the taste and I even share the box with my family to up their protein
