delicious!

I make this in a small ninja. I mix it per the directions and add 4 ice cubes before I turn it on. The shake comes out like a thick milkshake and is not only delicious but also very filling.

Love these meal replacement shakes

Both the strawberry and chocolate have excellent taste. I really like the volume they create which fills me up and sticks with me for hours! I use ice and water to make them cold and thick. Very good. I recommend these if you have a blender of some type!

Good Tasting - but after using it every day for 4 months at lunch - my stomach doesn't handle it too well. Probably me reacting to something in the product.
