First time trying Garfish, it was good but I like sardines more.

Thick,firm and good taste. Suttle fish smell and taste. Packed well, good presentation.

First gar.

So loved this more than tuna belly. Had it with a salad. Stronger flavor I liked. First gar I’ve ever had.
