I buy universal foam filters for my burg cold cube. Customer service was exceptional. They double check my order, answered all my questions and got product out quickly. I will definitely check with them the next time I need parts.

Sent the wrong filler, sent a package of six tiny filters, cost too much for one filter. Such a waste of time
