Beard Conditioner - Monarchy Scent

Love the Respected roots product line. I have mixed hair and have had subpar results with various products, oils and conditioners. I like how the company doesn't just sell things but actually educates on proper masculine skin care.

It's a great product, but the delivery experience was very disappointing. The cream melted during shipping, and about half of the product leaked out. I won't purchase it again during the warmer months unless the packaging or shipping method is improved.

One order was replacement for previous order, which I appreciate. Respected Roots has integrity and backs up their products. Customer service responded quickly and fairly. This company takes care of its customers.
