Hello Aberlite team! I really wanted to love this purchase, but unfortunately I've had a terrible experience. First, I have scars on the top of my head from the device scratching my scalp, and the foil screen guard came apart during use, causing even more damage (see image). I was planning to reorder with the diamond-level foil, but I reached out to see if I could get a new screen guard at no cost, since I can't use the device until I receive a replacement. Aside from the guard mishap, I believe that if I learn how to hold the device correctly, it will be a great purchase. Please help make this right!

Holy smooth scalp Batman! I have tried several skull shavers in the past and was generally unhappy with the results. This changed everything. The shaver is easy to use and the ultra thin foul gets the cut as close as can be gotten without a blade. The dual foils cutbso close I would swear I had used a blade. Get the extra blade packs and you are good for months! Another solid benefitnis that is uses standard USB-C charging amd not some proprietary plug for charging! Will be telling all my fellow head shavers about this!

I’ve been rocking a bald head for about 10 years, and have only used electric trimmers and skull shavers for to cut my hair; and my scalp has never been as smooth as after shaving with this thing. Longevity will be the real test, but it cuts as advertised for sure.
