I purchased this bundle because it was a great value, and I’ve used these products before and genuinely love them. The products themselves are high quality, which is why I decided to buy again. However, I was disappointed to learn that purchasing this bundle automatically enrolls you in a monthly subscription. This was not clearly stated in the product title or description. When I contacted customer service, I was informed that the subscription agreement and the 90-day no-cancellation policy were disclosed in the terms and conditions. While the information may technically be included in the terms and conditions, having such an important detail buried in Section 22 feels misleading. Customers should not have to search through lengthy terms to discover they are committing to recurring charges and a 90-day cancellation restriction. Greater transparency upfront would make for a much better customer experience.

I ordered on March 4th. It came on March 27th. Lesson learned, order in the bulk. This is a good product. The pumps dont always work. The charcoal soap is great but the pump did not work on 2 bottles. I had to remove the pump and just dump it in my hand. Maybe test your pumps for quality assurance.
