Beard Conditioner - Majestic Scent

Again I love this product… scent, texture quality is second to none. Y’all had me scared I thought y’all forgot about my order lol. Very pleased with the purchase and will continue being a loyal customer

A better, or even an existent Return Policy would really be helpful. When you’re an online retailer as Respected Roots is, you have to expect that a certain percentage of your online customers are not going to be completely satisfied with the product they receive, so a way to effectively handle that (hopefully) small percentage and make things right for the customer would be appreciated. I received a scent of leave-in beard conditioner that I had not tried before, and when it arrived, I was unpleasantly surprised that it smelled like a Christmas scent, which just wasn’t what I expected nor wanted. When I reached out to the helpdesk, I got seemingly two different vibes from what I can only assume were two different responders. The first seemed very understanding and willing to help, while the second didn’t seem to care at all about my issue, and simply stated “we don’t do returns”. Without an offer of any other way to try to make things right.

Bought as a Father's Day gift for my dad. He said it helps keep the gray hairs on his beard from coming back so quickly. He absolutely loves it. Plus it smells great too!
