Perfect Pout Mini Lip Trio

These were exactly the color and consisitency I expected. I was a little skeptical because I ordered from a Fb ad and previously when ordered from another 3rd party’s ad the items were disappointing so I sent them back. All three of these shades go onto my lips smoothly and the colors are unmistakeable. The don’t wash off easily with just water which is a plus in my opinion however they do somewhat transfer onto certain materials and fabrics. Still, the price point, smoothness and color vibrancy made me feel 5 stars is appropriate.

I took off one star. Love the products, however, it takes way too long for delivery. I ordered on the 8th and it was delivered on the 18th. Exactly 10 days for delivery, but states 3-8 days

The product is great! Rich Auntie and Bawse Lady are now a go to for me when want to make a bold lasting statement! I also want to add how the customer service team is so awesome! I made a typo in my zipcode and was concerned l wouldn’t receive my delivery. I received a follow up from customer service swiftly after sending an email. Although they couldn’t change the addressing because it was immediately sent to production/warehouse, the representative continued to follow up with me to see if l received my order even after it was received. With everything being AI driven, it was exceptional service to experience a human touch to customer service! Thank you!!
