Vitamin C Facial Serum

The box was sealed in plastic. The bottled was 3/4 full and did not have safety wrap on it. I am afraid to use it and will start a return. It is also made in China vs being led to believe it was an African product. The only reason i order the oil. I don't know what's in that bottle. You would think the syringe top would be safety sealed for quality assurance.

It’s nice. I do feel like my skin feels better.
