Crave-worthy crab…
These would put Sponge Bob’s Crabby Patties out of business!!
I like to taste the patty itself so just an easy bed of chopped romaine with salt and pepper and a touch of olive oil…put the patties on top, squirt some lemon…and let your taste buds do the rest!! Thanks guys!!

Oh my goodness, the crab cakes were superb.
A little background: Hubby is in treatment for Multiple Myeloma. every other Friday he goes to London. They tend to be long, exhausting days at the end of which a light simple meal is important. With brocoli and cauliflower in cheese sauce it was just what the doctor ordered. A wonderful meal (easy peasy to prepare and serve) at the end of a difficult day.

Enjoyed them. I have tried to make crab cakes but it isn't easy to make them so they don't fall apart. Also enjoying the black cod and enjoying not having to drive to Toronto to get it.
