Versatile Powder for my routine
I use this powder mainly for the gut & skin benefits (although researching lactoferrin I see theres many many more benefits in taking this powder). I like to take it everyday which makes me especially grateful that its unflavored so I can mix it into anything, LITERALLY....oatmeal, coffee/matcha, smoothies, yogurt, chia seed pudding, tea. Makes it easy to stay in my routine
