What I most dislike is being slammed with subscription charges and unwanted product because the initial purchase had some really well hidden subscription agreement buried somewhere in the mouse print. Genuinely good products generate their own repeat orders without having to resort to such under handed dealings. Jury is still out on whether or not it's helping my joints or not...

My account was closed weeks and weeks before they yet again have shipped. I have not received a refund or a reply requested for my self pay-return of their product. They owe me a refund already many weeks in the waiting and now have sent more product. I must deal with them at my expense again. The product may work for some, but it was so acidic and burning for my husband he could not handle the intensity. I am in their snares and it is miserable.
