The taste is not great but i definitely get a pick me up. I would absolutely use again. Mine didnt have 72 sprays for the back of 6. There are about 10 sprays total in each container so you get 60. I recommend that you keep the bottle upright because it does leak if flipped or shaken.

They took way longer than they advertise to get the sprays to the shipper, but the sprays are tasty and seem to work well. I haven't experienced any of the jitters I get from coffee and energy drinks. They sell through Amazon with quicker, sometimes same day shipping, so that might be a better option.

Tastes awful, not very effective, and support will ignore your emails so you dont qualify for a return it seems. Ive been waiting for a reponse for over 2 weeks.
