I love that there are several types of beneficial mushrooms in these and that I don’t have to eat 11 types of mushrooms to get all of the benefits. Everything is included in just 2 gummies and it doesn’t even taste like mushrooms.

Having a hard time remembering to take them. I dont cate for the taste. they do not seem to give me the energy that I’m looking for.
