Ridiculously Sharp

This knife came out extremely sharp out of the box. I ran it trough a 6000 stone before using, but it probably wasn't needed. I love the aesthetics and the geometry of this knife. It looks pretty flat in the pictures, but it actually rocks very nicely. I can't give it 5 stars because the handle is too small. The handle should be a little longer and thicker because this knife has a pretty long blade.

Beautiful knife

this knife is great. I went back and forth on what kiritsuke gyuto to get and ended up getting this tokushu white #2 kiritsuke. I love it. Will be purchasing from here again in the future.
