My vest was always comfortable heavy at first but always comfortable. As I have worn it I am able to support the weight and walk further each week . I love the fit and the pockets for my phone . It is my first vest and I am very happy with it and I feel stronger each week.

Too big?

I’m 4’11 3/4” tall, yes the 3/4 “ matters🤣 . I feel like this is just a little too big for a smaller person. I wear this around the house, but feel where everything sits is just a tad off for a petite person. There’s some gapping and can’t get it any more snug. Otherwise, it’s comfortable and probably is a perfect fit for average height person.

Comfortable balanced vest!

This is my first weighted vest and I think it's great. I ordered the 12 lb one and at first, I thought it was too heavy and considered returning it....but it didn't take too long to get used to and I'm glad I kept it. I walk with it several days a week (even in this Fla heat), mostly to help bone density as I'm headed in the direction of osteoporosis and want to do what I can to prevent!
