OBSESSED
I just made homemade pita bread with these Mediterranean Wheat Berries and they are DELICIOUS! Last time I made them with a hard white wheat, and even my young daughters can tell a big difference. They are gobbling them up this time with this Mediterranean wheat instead. I can't wait to keep trying more recipes with it. New staple for sure for our family!
