Ethiopia Mamo Kacha

Nice balance of acidity and sweetness

I’ll be honest and say I was a little skeptical getting two Ethiopian coffees back to back that they would be extremely similar. This was however a nice surprise with a full facing fruit acid note with plenty of natural sweetness to back it up. A similar balance to a strawberry, refreshing but delectable, though I wouldn’t say it tastes like a strawberry.

Coffee’s Coffee

This was a good go to option for a classic coffee taste. I didn’t read the recommended instructions first and so I under weighed the beans. The second batch was much better! I personally want a bit more of a bright and funky flavor to my coffee but this is a great go to for anyone!

Great taste. Can’t go wrong.

Great Yirgy (as I call it) taste. Can’t go wrong with this Yirgacheffe coffee.
