Great item, terrible packaging.

This thing is decently smooth, very heavy duty, and can give you a great workout. Some of the fit and finish could use improvement but it seems like it will last a long time. The only area I believe will break quickly are the plastic stoppers on the safety bars. They will clearly break from being repeatedly struck by the sled moving up and down on them. As a positive the item come with 2 extra so they clearly know this is going to be an issue. Those items should be replaced with heavier rubber. The packaging for this was half a disaster. By some miracle, my item arrived with only minor scratches and was missing 1 small piece. Customer service immediately responded and replaced the missing piece. Instructions and the way they labeled the hardware was amazing and made this super easy to build. If this was packaged better and the cheap plastic was replaced with better rubber it would be a 5 star item.

Awesome addition to the garage home gym! Gets the job done and plenty of variety to mix in your leg days!
