The bench is well-built and designed. It is also a bit heavy as benches go, and sometimes tedious to keep moving around if you are in a small space, like a single car garage. Expect there to be a learning curve to get used to using the bench with the cabling correctly, as well as when the horizontal stabilizer bar is needed, but it does get easier as you go. I wish there was a couple of side handles to hold onto for leg press, and also to help you rise up vertically after a tough set of hack squats. Only because of the lack of handles to help with mobility for older folks do I give a 4 out of 5 - it is still the best bench out there overall that I could find.

Great/high quality

Solid piece of equipment. Swapping out the cables was not expected and longer than a standard weight bench. In my tight space I would have went with a standard bench. The length is necessary for everything it includes obviously but wish there was a way we did have to swap the cable depending on what functionality you’re using.

Difficult to adjust

It would be nicer if easier to change overs or adjust settings between users
