It is so naturally sweet. Excellent as a snack from the bag or in soups !!

Yun Hai always delivers!! This sun-dried cabbage is the best dried/dehydrated vegetable I have ever bought! Large/thick pieces that rehydrate quickly, are sweet, and still have a crunch/bite even when cooked in noodle dishes. I've been looking for this exact product after my daughter-in-law sent me a small package from Taiwan last year. I highly recommend this and wish you sold it in a larger package! Just like the 2 Tatung's I bought from you recently, the cabbage was thoughtfully packaged and rapidly shipped. This was a win!!

Wonderful, absolutely wonderful!

Just by opening the bag you can immediately tell this isn't just any ordinary bag of dried cabbage... the smell is incredibly fresh and enticing! Rehydrates easily and beautifully and pairs incredibly well with a large variety of soups and rice based dishes. Honestly, this has become my favorite way to consume cabbage, even over fresh, and I can't wait to buy another bag! The amount is very generous and lasts quite awhile!
