I had ordered Classico in both bottles and cans in the past. The issue with cans is that some would arrive pretty banged up leading to leakage all over the other cans leaving a sticky mess and us short of product. The bottles I NEVER had issue with. . until NOW. We continued to receive "Delivery Attempted" messages from the carrier, but NO ONE ever came to the door (according to our RING). I contacted the shipper as instructed, but they NEVER responded. I contacted Lyre's and they informed me the order was damaged and they will send out another, which they did. EXACT SAME THING. This time Lyre's wanted to "investigate" the issue, however, I was done and insisted on a refund, which I was provided. First and foremost, why aren't the bottles packaged better so that they aren't damaged in transit? Second, when you miss delivery time because you don't package your product well enough, at least offer to express ship the replacement as this was for a special occasion. Thankfully, we learned that a local store carried something we like and we will no longer order from Lyre's. This mess cost them a customer.
