I originally ordered 6 bottles of Riesling and 6 bottles of Sparkling Riesling, but my shipment arrived with 12 bottles of Sparkling Riesling instead. I was disappointed because I had specifically been looking forward to trying the regular Riesling. I contacted customer service and was pleasantly surprised by their response. They apologized for the mistake and immediately sent the 6 Riesling bottles at no charge. That level of customer service exceeded my expectations and turned a frustrating experience into a positive one. As for the wine itself, if you are expecting a traditional sweet Riesling, keep in mind that this is a non-alcoholic wine and the flavor profile is different from what many Riesling drinkers may be used to. To me, the Sparkling Riesling was lighter and more grape-forward than a classic Riesling. While it wasn’t exactly what I expected, I appreciate that the product offers a non-alcoholic alternative for those who enjoy the wine experience without the alcohol. Most importantly, the company stood behind their product and provided excellent customer service, which is why I am happy to update my review.
