Love The White Negroni - Journey Began in Canada With Red

When back in Canada caring for my parents I had dinner at the Blue Marble restaurant beside the airport. Phenomenal wine and cocktail list and of course menu. Bartender walked over and asked what he could get me . . . . and I paused and shared I was no longer drinking. Huge smile on his face and said do you like a great Negroni and winked as I have something special for you. I chose the Red and immediately fell in love with it. Then he casually wandered over and asked if I was happy with his choice. We went back and forth on the flavor profile and he recommended that I try the White when I got back home and the rest is history. It is near impossible to find on the shelves in NH so ordering online is the solution. This totally made my dip into non-alcoholic beverages so worth while. Will see him again next week.

Wonderful and refreshing!

I tasted the white Phony Negroni yesterday for the very first time. I served it in a chilled champagne glass with a twist of lemon. It was rather heavenly! I’m a new fan of this wonderful business
