I was glad to find the line of Phony Negronis - they are amazing!! …extremely complex and refreshing. If you like Campari or Aperol-inspired drinks, you’ve found a friend. All are great, but right now the White Negroni is my go-to evening ritual…. ice, a splash of seltzer and a few shakes or orange bitters - fabulous!

The White is a Winner

I've been a fan of the Phony Negroni, but the White Negroni may have just won me over completely. From the first sip, I was struck by how sophisticated and satisfying it is; that bitterness is perfectly calibrated, not too sharp, not too subtle. And that silky mouthfeel? It genuinely tricks your senses into thinking you're having a real cocktail. I felt like I was indulging without any of the downsides. St. Agrestis has done something remarkable here with 30 organic botanicals, zero alcohol, and all the pleasure. Once you try the White alongside the classic red, you'll want both in your fridge at all times. Absolutely brilliant.

Lighter in color reflects also a lighter, summery, slightly citrus taste. If you love the original a must try. Recommend!
