I LOVE Lyre’s Italian Spritz so, so much! Having given up alcohol I can now enjoy my favorite cocktail in the form of a Non-Alcohol Aperol Spritz! I make it in a very fancy glass, mixed with blood orange seltzer water, and add ice and slices of orange.
