Innovative and customer friendly test

I am so happy to have this option as I have gone through 3 miscarriages and an ectopic pregnancy before my toddler I have now, and recently went through another miscarriage. It’s so hard to get tests through regular healthcare let alone covered by insurance, so I love this option. Customer friendly packaging and instructions. I would say emphasize that the device has to be really firmly pressed against your arm, the first one I did I didn’t press as hard and didn’t get as much blood. Otherwise great easy experience and eager to get my results

Panorama lab test - it’s ok

This lab can provide a lot of information if everything goes perfectly right. I followed these instructions exactly and was told there is ‘insufficient volume’ for AMH and overran reserve numbers. So I did not receive that information after spending $250. It also says you’ll have your results in 4-8 business days, or 5-7, or 7-10. From the results I was able to receive, it took 13 business days or 3 weeks. After that 4 more days go by and then I am informed I do not get all the data. Maybe I did do it wrong but I don’t think I could’ve done anything different. This is very frustrating and feels like I wasted money. With blood, it’s probably best to just trust professionals in a lab through a doctor. Their lack of customer support is frustrating. There is only an email to talk with and it takes a minimum of 48 hours to get a response. I thought this was going to help us get pregnant but it feels like just another disappointing stop on this journey

Super easy with step by step visual and written directions. The return shipping seemed to take longer than I expected, but I was assured that my test was still valid. Once received, the results were back within 24 hours. The report was easy to understand, included possible next steps, and was easily downloaded for my doctor.
