Convenient
I switched from Ritual to Perelel because the high amount of biotin in the Ritual pre-natal was breaking me out. So, I appreciate that Perelel does not contain biotin. The omega supplement is fishy I think that’s pretty standard.

Easy to take!
I do feel better having an all-in-one pack to take daily knowing that I’m getting the things I need help support a TTC journey. We aren’t actually trying just yet, but I wanna prepare my body for the future and I feel like I can do that with this pack
