The wands are really simple to use. I’m frustrated with the number of times there’s a sample error despite testing the same exact way every time, but they work well for the most part. I’m actually planning to switch to the Fertility Max Wands so I can get more data/insight into my cycle.

Mira tracking has been incredibly helpful during my perimenopause journey. It really gives insight into your hormonal fluctuations and mood/energy patterns that doctors don’t have the time for. I’ve learned so much and definitely recommend the app! I gave 4/5 stars due to the cost of the wands and bc it doesn’t track progesterone anywhere over 30 which is frustrating. Wands add up quick and are pricey. That said, they’re packaged very well and have little packets to help keep the humidity out so that they work as effectively as possible.
