I ordered the Mira Hormone Monitor to test my hormone levels now that I am 45 years old and my cycle has become irregular. The directions are easy to follow, and they kit includes just enough wands to get started. I did order an additional package of wands to take me into my 2nd month of testing.

Terrible customer service

My Mira monitor came. I started monitoring my cycle and midway through the monitor started malfunctioning saying that all of the strips were expired even though they were not expired. I have emailed and sat on the chat for hours to try to get somebody who works for this company to exchange the Mira monitor, there is no phone number to call and nobody gets back to you. It’s terrible customer service and this is a very expensive device.

So far so good

Great device, really helping to track my hormones, a bit of an issue with some wands not working but all in all a good product and worth every penny.
