Amazing sound right out of the box

Have I played my very last cane EH reed ever? Maybe so. This reed needed NO adjustment, and I used it in performance the very night I opened it up. It's been perfect for a 30-show run of a summer pit orchestra gig, and it has the strength and tone suitable for orchestral playing. I've been playing Legere single reeds for many years, and this double reed is very impressive.

Surprisingly good even sound and response in all ranges. Especially nice when there's lots of swishing from oboe.
