Fresh Baked Assorted Cookies Tin

Crushed Cookies

I purchased a 36 cookie tin that arrived with the first layer crushed. Customer service asked to take a photo of the crushed cookie layer. I contacted the recipient who advised that all the crumbs were discarded. Hence, there was no replacement for the 12 crushed cookies. I am very disappointed. This gift was sent to a family with a 4yr and 1yr old. Luckily the next two layers were in tact and the children were able to enjoy them. I switched to David’s from another famous cookie company because their delivery service was very disappointing. I don’t want to switch again, but I may have to!

Delivery/Goods

While the cookies are great, the product was not delivered on the date indicated. They were supposed to be delivered on 9/2 for a special event, but they did not arrive until late 9/3. Disappointed with the delivery.
