Allegiance is the most wonderful company that totally backs their products. A part failed that I felt should not have and they replaced the parts within a 10 days no questions asked. since then I realized I did an improper install which most likely caused the failure. Allegiance is among the best companies for support. I highly recommend doing business with them. And made in America, my other go to choice in products. My original flag spinners were not operating properly, so I contacted you for assistance. Within a few days you replied with an apology and confirmation that new spinners were on the way... at no cost. They arrived the next day and are operating properly. It's one thing to say you cover and back your products, it's another thing to actually do it. THANK YOU for your great products and for being there when they have a miscue.

My first set of Non-Tangle flagpole spinners had one that was not working perfectly. I let the Allegiance team know and they reached out and replaced it at no charge. The second set works flawlessly.
