I am so glad I came across Elica’s page on Instagram because finding her has been such a blessing! Her sourdough bread is absolutely incredible – soft, flavorful, and baked to perfection. Every loaf feels like it was made with so much care and love. On top of that, her chocolate chip cookies are truly to die for – rich, gooey, and honestly some of the best I’ve ever had. I’ve also had her cinnamon buns, and they were just as amazing – melt-in-your-mouth delicious! Everything she bakes is beyond yummy, and you can really tell she pours her heart and soul into her craft. It’s rare to find someone who consistently makes every single item taste this good. I can’t recommend her enough – if you get the chance to try her baked goods, do it! You’ll be so happy you did.
