Blueberry English Muffins

LOVE the blueberry English muffins. They are a 10/10 for me!!

My husband (nonceliac) and I adore Your Blueberry muffins; and you keep making them better and better!

The blueberry English muffins have a great taste, but the shape is a little odd. The bottom is flat and round, but the top seems to build up to a slight peak. It’s not ideal if one slices it in half to toast because the top won’t lay flat so doesn’t toast evenly. But the taste is wonderful! Perhaps this is just an aesthetics thing, but when you think of English muffins, both sides are flat. It’s the only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars.
