I love starting my day with this smoothie. It’s so rich and creamy. Some days, I’ll squeeze in a little honey for a tad more sweetness. It tastes good and I know I’m being good to myself by adding this treat to my daily routine.

We enjoy these as a smoothie and have tried it with hibiscus tea instead of water, and we add fresh strawberries too. It's refreshing. Also, it's nice stirred into yogurt.
