Lobster Claw & Knuckle

Excellent lobster. I used to make a very generous linguine olio and aglio with lobster. It was great. Served two but could have served 3. Love all Larry’s products. Taste like home.

Amazing. I ordered 8 packages of the knuckle and claw lobster. I used it mostly to make mini lobster rolls for a birthday party. They were a huge hit. I used the rest to make lobster mac and cheese. Delicious! The meat was tender and there were lots of large pieces in the bags. One tip to offer - when thawing the lobster in the fridge, put it in a colander and let it drain while it thaws. Due to freezing there is some moisture/ liquid that you’ll want to drain before using the lobster. I will be ordering from Larry’s Catch again!!

I can now die happy

I just had the lobster claw and knuckle in a simple butter sauce alongside grilled romaine and grilled asparagus and grilled Korean. If I were to die tomorrow, I’d die happy. The lobster topped off this salad with exceptional flavour. The salty lobster with mellow butter was just so good! This meal would have been good …. But this! WOW!!!
