This cookie cake isn’t just any cookie cake!! It’s thick, it’s dense, and it is absolutely delicious!! Warmed it up in the oven, absolute perfection!

The cookie cake was very rich, but also very greasy on the bottom when heated for a few seconds. Then the softened cookie cake would start to fall apart in my fingers. Not to say it wasn’t good; it was incredible! But when you take decent sized piece and it just falls apart, it’s like the base was more cookie dough than actual cookie.
