Galician Scallops in Olive Oil w/ Garlic & Chili

Good to the last bite

These were so good, delicious and plump straight from the tin, the chili and garlic add some heat without being over powering. I added some fresh chives just for color and had them with toast.

Phenomenal - worth the splurge!

The texture on these were phenomenal. The oil had the perfect amount of heat. Perfect on crusty toasty bread, and some pickled peppers. Will be buying again.
