Chargrilled Smoked Sardine Tails in EVOO

Yasssss! I orders eight different tins to try to learn to like sardines and these are sooooo good. Suddenly I'm looking forward to the rest of my variety pack. Hopefully they are as good

Thick and full of flavor

Love how thick and meaty these sardines are and the smoke provides a nice dimension. Mixed up a fresh chermoula and heated up the sardines to eat with some crackers and it was delicious
