Rockfish (Ocean Perch)

Fresh tasting mild and flaky, excellent fish. All I do is put a little salt, pepper and butter and serve it with rice and veggies. A great weekday meal!

Beautiful flaky texture and mild flavour. I ordered it again (X2) since the first time I tried it - comes out perfect every time ! I’ve pan fried, air fried and baked it. Makes a great taco paired with grilled romaine lettuce 😋.

The rockfish / ocean perch was light , tender and melted in the mouth. I pan fried it with garlic infused olive oil. Lightly peppered and no salt. Herb de Provence was my spice of choice.
