Delicious rock crab meat!
Excellent! Just as every product I have purchased from Larry’s Catch, this rock crab meat tasted fresh and was full of flavour. I used it to make a crab pasta salad, and everyone who tasted it loved it!

Large, fresh portion, but not to our taste
Of all the items we have ordered from Larry's Catch, this was our least favourite. The portion was large and it was fresh, so that part was great. However, the texture was quite mushy. I understand that crab meat, having been picked, packaged and frozen, will not be like that of picking it yourself. So, no criticism of the production and packaging - just that it was not to our taste. Would be great in sandwiches or crab cakes. We had it with pasta which didn't use it to its best advantage.

Awesome as always !
My usual preference is in a warm creamy dish but with it being summer I made a fantastic salad to go with some delicious local steak . How fortunate are we with the riches of the land and sea here in Nova Scotia. Thanks to the whole crew !
